Lets point you in the right direction…

Supercars Of Scarisbrick

Every good idea starts the same way. A midweek pint. A couple of mates. And a conversation that goes, “You know what would be good…”

Supercars of Scarisbrick was the brainchild of friends Lee our director and his best mate Ste, who (like many car people) found themselves most Wednesdays talking absolute nonsense about cars. Specs, sounds, road trips, dream garages. The usual. One night, while propping up the bar at Scarisbrick Arms, chatting to the owner about how quiet things had been, a simple offer was made:

“Give us a night. We’ll fill the place.”

Famous last words.

Filling a Pub… Then Some

What started as a casual idea quickly snowballed. A handful of cars turned into dozens. Dozens turned into crowds. And before long, the car park was rammed, the pub was buzzing, and Supercars of Scarisbrick had accidentally become a thing.

That was a couple of years ago now. We eventually outgrew the venue (a good problem to have), but we still pop back regularly. The food’s cracking, the hospitality is spot on, and it’ll always be where this all kicked off.

Same Name, New Home

These days, Supercars of Scarisbrick lives over at Tour De Franks. Bigger space, same vibe. We didn’t change the name though. We thought about it… briefly. But it stuck, and honestly, it’s part of the story now.

More Than Just Cars

What really makes Supercars of Scarisbrick special isn’t just the metal. It’s the people.

Today, we attract hundreds of cars every month, from modern supercars to tastefully modified performance builds. More importantly, we’ve created a space where like-minded people connect. Friendships, business relationships, collaborations. Proper conversations that don’t start with “So what do you do?” but “What’s under the bonnet?”

It’s relaxed. It’s welcoming. No egos. No gatekeeping. Just a shared appreciation for cars and the communities they bring together.

Why It Matters (and Why We Love It)

At The Hook Design, we’re big believers in ideas becoming real things. Supercars of Scarisbrick is exactly that. A reminder that you don’t need a boardroom, a budget, or a 40-slide pitch deck to build something meaningful. Sometimes you just need a pub, a plan, and the confidence to say, “Yeah, let’s give it a go.”

What started as a Wednesday night chat is now a monthly event that brings hundreds of people together. Not bad for an idea scribbled on the back of a beer mat.

And honestly? We’re only just getting started.
